Product strategy grounded in engineering reality.

I'm a product leader who operates at the intersection of enterprise AI, data infrastructure, and customer outcomes. I started my career building maps at Google and HERE before moving into product roles where I could shape the platforms — not just use them.

At Tyler Technologies I've grown from Principal PM to Director, building the enterprise AI and data platform from the ground up: defining the architecture, earning stakeholder trust, and scaling a team of six PMs across platform, data, and AI domains. I thrive in ambiguity, work closely with engineers, and I'm equally comfortable presenting to the C-suite or digging into a data model.

  • Drove strategy for a conversational, natural-language AI analytics platform replacing legacy reporting tools (SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau equivalents) — enabling non-technical users to query enterprise data without SQL expertise.
  • Own and scale Tyler's enterprise AI platform: agent orchestration, model tuning, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, observability, and deployment patterns.
  • Lead product strategy for infrastructure supporting 40+ product lines, millions of daily queries, and 1M+ daily users across public-sector customers.
  • Drive AI adoption across the PM organization by establishing standards, reusable patterns, and internal tooling for product discovery and roadmap planning.
  • Oversee a team of 6 Product Managers spanning platform, data, AI, and infrastructure — responsible for org design, hiring, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with engineering, security, legal, and compliance to deliver platforms aligned with CJIS, FedRAMP, and GDPR requirements.
  • Spearheaded platform modernization and infra optimization resulting in ~$1M in annual savings, including $500K+ through scalable right-sizing.
  • Delivered a real-time ingestion and query architecture reducing data latency from 15 minutes to near real-time and improving average query performance by 45%.
  • Launched early AI platform capabilities — model integration, orchestration, and governance patterns — setting the groundwork for enterprise AI adoption.
  • Led complex integration initiatives unifying disparate data sources and product systems into a cohesive enterprise data layer supporting cross-product analytics at scale.

  • Owned digital maps database for the Northwestern United States; planned and executed data collection with multiple GPS tools.
